BOOK SAFELY WITH FREE CANCELLATION INSURANCE

If your or  a family member from the same household tests positive for Covid-19, the insurance covers the cancellation costs of overnight stays and meals in the tourist accommodation. The same applies if quarantine is officially ordered by the authorities.

OUR CLEANING SERVICES CARE ABOUT YOU

At your favourite spot at Hotel Walserstube there are disinfectant dispenser all over the place for daily use of our guests. The rooms and studios are cleaned with high thoroughness and disinfectant.

 

COVID-TESTS

There are possibilities to test for our guests to avoid quarantine back home. Please note that registration for a test has to be announced at the reception at least 48h before testing. The result may be available about 24  to 36h after being tested. The costs will be charged to our guests. 

 

SPA - FEEL-GOOD-MOMENTS FOR OUR GUESTS 

Even now the Feel-good-moment is more important for your relaxation than before. We strictly follow the recommendations to be able to keep our Spa area open for the utmost possible feeling of enjoyment and relaxation of our guests. During your stay at Hotel Walserstube our team at the reception will inform your about the instrucktions and recommendations.

We try to keep 1 metre distance from other people.

 

We unfortunately have to abstain from shaking hands and hugging and smile instead.

 

We wash our hands multiple times a day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds and use disinfectant. 

 

We sneeze or cough in the crook of our elbow or in a handkerchief.

 

 

We wear a face mask in all public hotel areas at all times.
