Useful Information

  • Check-in

    Our rooms are available from 3:00 PM on your day of arrival. If you are unable to arrive at the hotel by 7:00 PM, please inform us.

  • Check-out

    We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Subject to availability, the room can be booked until 3:00 PM on the day of departure for an additional charge of €40.00 per person.

  • Wellness & Spa

    Use of our wellness & spa area on the day of departure is only possible by prior arrangement with reception and for a fee.

  • Non-smoking areas

    All our rooms and our restaurant are non-smoking areas.

  • Pets

    Dogs can be brought upon request in their own dog bed or blanket. They are not allowed in the dining rooms or the wellness area. We charge €30.00 per day, excluding food. Please also notify us of your four-legged friend when making your reservation.

  • E-Charging Station

    The two e-charging stations in the underground car park are available to you as a hotel guest 24/7 for a fee to charge your electric vehicle during your stay at Hotel Walserstube in Warth.

  • Cancellation Policy

    As a special service, we offer you the "Hotel Storno Plus" travel cancellation insurance, which protects you from costs in case of cancellation.

  • Cancellation Policy Winter

    • up to 2 months before arrival: free of charge
    • 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% cancellation fee
    • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
    • In the last week before arrival: 100% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation Policy Summer

    Guests can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
    In case of cancellation within 3 days before arrival, the guest will be charged the total price.
    In case of no-show, the guest will also be charged the total price.

    The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

    We would be happy to advise you on taking out travel cancellation insurance.
