Our CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a special service, we offer you the travel cancellation insurance “Hotel Storno Plus“, which protects you from costs in case of cancellation.
Cancellation policy WINTER:
• up to 2 months before arrival: free of charge
• 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% cancellation fee
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
• In the last week before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation policy SUMMER:
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 3 days before arrival, the guest pays an amount equal to the total price. In case of no-show, the guest pays an amount equal to the total price.

Good to Know
Check-In:
Your room will be ready for occupancy from 3 PM on the day of arrival. Should you be unable to arrive at the hotel by 7 PM, please inform us.
Check-Out:
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 AM on the day of departure.
Subject to availability, the room can be booked on the day of departure for a surcharge of €40.00 per person until 3 PM.
Wellness & Spa:
Use of our Wellness & Spa area on the day of departure is only possible by prior arrangement with reception and for a fee.
Non-smoking areas:
All our rooms and our restaurant are non-smoking areas.
Pets:
Dogs may be brought upon request in their own dog basket or blanket. They are not permitted in the dining rooms or wellness area. We charge €30.00 per day excluding food. Please also announce your four-legged friend when making your reservation.
E-charging station:
The two e-charging stations in the underground parking are available to you as a hotel guest during your stay at Hotel Walserstube in Warth around the clock for charging your electric vehicle for a fee.
