As a special service, we offer travel cancellation insurance “Hotel Storno Plus“ which protects you from costs in case of cancellation.
Cancellation conditions WINTER:
• up to 2 months before arrival: free of charge
• 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% cancellation fee
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
• In the last week before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation conditions SUMMER:
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 3 days before arrival, the guest pays the total price. In case of no-show, the guest pays the total price.

Check-in:
Your rooms are ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you are unable to arrive at the hotel by 7:00 PM, please inform us.
Check-out:
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Subject to availability, the room can be booked until 3:00 PM on the day of departure for an additional charge of €40.00 per person.
Wellness & Spa:
Use of our wellness & spa area on the day of departure is only possible by prior arrangement with reception and for a fee.
Non-smoking areas:
All our rooms and our restaurant are non-smoking areas.
Pets:
Dogs can be brought upon request in their own dog bed or blanket. They are not permitted in the dining rooms or the wellness area. We charge €30.00 daily, excluding food. Please also announce your four-legged friend when making your reservation.

The two e-charging stations in the underground car park are available to you as a hotel guest 24/7 during your stay at Hotel Walserstube in Warth for a fee to charge your e-vehicle.
